RESTORATION PROCESS OF THE CAR

This project represents a 1.5-year journey to achieve one of the most authentic and high-quality restorations of a 45 series pickup to date. The team’s goal was to return the vehicle to absolute factory condition through exhaustive research and craftsmanship.

Key Highlights of the Process:

• Rigorous Research: The team consulted recognized experts and analyzed hundreds of factory brochures and technical documents to ensure every detail was historically accurate.

• Total Overhaul: No component was left untouched. The work ranged from a full engine rebuild and bodywork restoration to specific details like the original muffler and seat belt refurbishment.

• Parts & Craftsmanship: Almost all parts used were original. Where parts were unavailable, they were custom-fabricated to match the original specifications exactly.
